Evening Gown Harley

This is for 's Miss Gotham Contest. This is the Final round and the theme is Evening Wear.

My inspirations came from lingerie, Harley's costume, and Project Runway. (AGAIN, you can see why I'm not a fashion designer )

And if Harley were a pageant contestant, I think this might be her little speech: "Hidey-ho Gotham boys and girls! This is your pal, Harley Quinn, here, and I'm gonna tell you why I am the obvious choice to be Miss Gotham. Not only am I the famous Hench-wench of my beloved Puddin', the Joker (if you haven't heard of 'im, you must be living under a rock), but I also fight to spread love to those who need it. As Miss Gotham I'd teach kids how to hot-wire cars, make sure there's a cream pie in every home, and promote world Chaos - I mean, Peace." *Cue cheesy grin*
