This is for
 's Miss Gotham Contest. This is the Final round and the theme is Evening Wear. My inspirations came from lingerie, Harley's costume, and Project Runway. (AGAIN, you can see why I'm not a fashion designer  )And if Harley were a pageant contestant, I think this might be her little speech: "Hidey-ho Gotham boys and girls! This is your pal, Harley Quinn, here, and I'm gonna tell you why I am the obvious choice to be Miss Gotham. Not only am I the famous Hench-wench of my beloved Puddin', the Joker (if you haven't heard of 'im, you must be living under a rock), but I also fight to spread love to those who need it. As Miss Gotham I'd teach kids how to hot-wire cars, make sure there's a cream pie in every home, and promote world Chaos - I mean, Peace." *Cue cheesy grin* Anyway, I hope people like my design and vote  Note: This character does not belong to me, although the design and the image does! We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on.
